Correct posture of adjustable office chair

Correct posture is a range, not a fixed scale

All kinds of reference sitting positions, in general, have "three 90's" :

· Thighs and upper body, i.e. hip joint, should be maintained at or slightly greater t

· The thigh and calf, i.e. the knee joint, should be maintained at or above 

· Upper and lower arms, i.e. at the elbow, should be maintained at or above 

Some agencies introduce dynamic sitting after reference sitting, and usually recommend that you not only find a balanced, comfortable position, but also adjust it reasonably often. Posture that occasionally goes beyond a given range is acceptable and sometimes beneficial.

· Slightly adjust seat and backrest.

· Stretch your fingers, wrists, arms and body.

· Regularly stand up and walk for a few minutes.
