1. Wall treatment: Use a scraper to remove impurities on the wall, scrape off the floating soil, and smooth the depressions and cracks on the wall with gypsum powder, such as the wall texture is soft or powdery, and the latex paint has been swept. It is better to paint the wallpaper base film once to make the wall stronger, so that the wallpaper will not fall off easily.
2. Cut the wallpaper: Cut the wallpaper according to the height of the wall. Generally, there are two situations: the flower wallpaper is not matched. According to the height of the wall, cut out about 5 to 8 cm, which can be used as top and bottom trimming: the flower wallpaper is based on the symmetry of the pattern, so the cutting length should be increased according to the actual situation. There will be 8 to 10 centimeters extra.
3. Applying glue: apply the wallpaper glue on the back of the cut wallpaper with a brush, pay attention to covering all four sides of the wallpaper with glue, in order to ensure the wall effect, the already painted wallpaper should be painted Fold the glue surface for 5-10 minutes (do not apply external force, the wallpaper will have creases, especially the cloth), after the glue is completely penetrated into the bottom of the paper, you can start to post, paint several wallpapers at a time, and follow the order Post it.
4. Wallpaper construction: In most cases, place the front wall paper from top to bottom on the side of the door or in the dark corners. Use a scraper from top to bottom, from the inside to the outside, to gently scrape, squeeze out bubbles and excess glue. Liquid, so that the wallpaper is flat and close to the wall.
5. Trimming and cleaning: trimming work, cut off the excess wallpaper remaining at the upper and lower ends, so as to avoid the use of sharp edges for the burrs. To remove the glue, generally use a sponge soaked in water to completely wipe the glue remaining on the surface. This will also prevent the wallpaper from turning yellow; after the wallpaper is dry, if bubbles are found to be generated, use a knife to cut the bubbles and inject the glue It can be eliminated by flattening it again, and it can also be operated with a syringe.
